Two vacancies on CILT Cymru's Advisory Board
11 Nov 2011
CILT Cymru invites applications to become members of its Advisory Board. We currently have 2 vacancies. The Advisory Board meets once a term, and provides CILT Cymru with advice relating to its annual programme of services. These services include advice and support for schools, LEAs, FE colleges and HEIs, as well as a programme of CPD. CILT Cymru also manages several educational projects, including the HEFCW-funded Routes into Languages project, the Triple Literacy Project and the Business Language Champions scheme. We welcome applications from individuals who value languages, and who think they can make a contribution to the future of MFL teaching and learning in Wales.
This work is unpaid, but reasonable travel and subsistence costs will be reimbursed. Normally no more than three meetings of the Advisory Board will be held per calendar year.
Please apply by CV and short letter by December 20th, 2011 to: Ceri.James@ciltcymru.org.uk
