If arriving at Cardiff Central from a destination beyond Cardiff, catch
a connecting train to Cardiff Queen Street where direct trains to Cardiff
Bay run regularly. Allow 30 minutes in all from the time of arrival at
Cardiff Central to the time of arrival at the CILT Cymru premises.
Trains for the Bay usually leave from platform 3 at Queen Street Station.
CILT Cymru is situated within a few minutes walking distance of Cardiff
Bay Railway Station. Turn left out of the station and take the right fork
into West Bute Street. Mount Stuart Square is the first turning on the
right.
You will see a church named The Point. Cambrian Buildings is opposite.
CILT Cymru is on the first floor.
Please note that the Bay X press, a frequent bus service to the bay serves
the designated bus stop situated in the rear car park of Central Station.

Local buses operate to the Bay from the main bus station outside Cardiff
Central Train Station. Buses to the Bay leave every 7 minutes from the
station. (no 8). Allow 30 minutes from the time of arrival at Cardiff
Central to the time of arrival at CILT Cymru premises.
The closest bus stop to CILT Cymru is located on Bute Street, opposite
Cardiff Bay Train Station.
On arrival, walk towards the Bay, taking the right fork into West Bute
Street. Mount Stuart Square is the first turning on the right.
You will see a chapel named The Point. Cambrian Buildings is opposite.

Leave M4 at Junction 33 (via A4232) following signs to Cardiff Bay. Alternatively
from the east leave M4 at Junction 29, take the 3rd exit off the A48,
and follow the signs to Cardiff Bay.
For the nearest car park to CILT Cymru on arriving at Cardiff Bay follow
signs to Techniquest. There is a public car park on Stuart St opposite
Harry Ramsden's restaurant. From there (on foot) follow signs to Mount
Stuart Square. Once in the square, make for a chapel now used as The Point.
Cambrian Buildings is opposite, and CILT Cymru is on the first floor.
