Administrative Officer: fixed term/maternity cover

The Centre for Information on Language Teaching and Research (Cymru) (CILT Cymru) is a partnership between the Welsh Assembly Government and CILT UK, based in London. Its purpose is to collaborate in order to promote excellence in language teaching, raise public awareness of the value of multilingualism and develop the foreign language competence of the people of Wales. From its resource centres and offices in Cardiff and Bangor, it operates throughout Wales, via a programme of projects, conferences and training events.

The CILT Cymru team consists of : a full-time Director, a part-time Assistant Director (HE), a KS3-4 Projects Officer, a KS2 Project Co-ordinator and a further Project Officer, two full-time Administrative Officers and two part-time Administrative Officers.

CILT CYMRU is recruiting for maternity cover for the following post:

Administrative Officer: fixed term/maternity cover
CILT Cymru is seeking a part-time Administrative Officer (Grade 2) to work for 6 months at its Cardiff office. This fixed-term contract is available on a 0.6 basis, and is to provide administrative cover during maternity leave. Working days and starting date negotiable. Salary in the region of £21k (pro rata).
